Q There are more learning theories than we discussed this week. Research one that we did not cover in the lecture; write a summary of it; and tell us how you would apply it in developing training.
The learning theories play an important role in the training programs and activities. All of the learning theories have different kind of purpose. Experiential learning theory is an important theory for designing the entire training program in a proper manner. The basic agenda of this particular theory suggests the basic procedure of the learning through several experiences. This theory basically deals with the experiences of the individual (Kolb & Kolb 2012).
